Employee engagement to execution
I recently hosted a CEO forum, organized by one of our amazing advisors. The topic: how employee engagement drives business results, and how feedback plays a crticial role in promoting engagement. The audience: top leaders from some pretty impressive organizations.
The idea was simple:
- when people within your organization are engaged, they are able to more effectively innovate, differentiate, and ultimately serve your clients
- increased customer service leads to increased loyalty
- increased loyalty leads to increased revenue and ultimately, market position.
The key to unlocking this potential: promoting the social behaviors that drive performance and results that many people in your organization are ALREADY doing!
The response was tremendous. Here for your viewing pleasure is the deck I presented.
