  • What’s one thing we can do to enhance the clarity of our written proposals?

  • What is one problem/initiative I should take responsibility for to improve our business performance?
  • What is one thing you think I should do more, and one thing you think I should less?

Learning & Development/Training

(Note: check out the video of Megan Breiseth, Director of Professional Development at InsideTrack as she explains how her organization uses Rypple to get timely feedback on their training activities)

  • What content/material/topics do you feel should be included in our training course/curriculum that isn’t today?
  • What topic were you most and least clear on from the recent course/session you attended?
  • What’s one thing we could change about the way the content is delivered that would improve the overall value of the course to you?
  • Do you feel the pace of the instructor allowed you to follow along properly? If not, what changes would you recommend?

Sales

(Note: these questions can be asked by sales leadership to the field organization or individual contributors to their peers)

  • What are the top 3 objections you get from customers during the conversion process?
  • What can we do to better share key knowledge and market intel across the sales team?
  • What were the top 3 barriers that prevented you from making your number last year?
  • What changes can we make to the comp plan to more closely align you with our business strategy?
  • How can I more effectively differentiate our products in an effort to drive more sales?
  • Product aside, what are the top things you say to differentiate our offering during the sales cycle?

Hi… For some reason strange things are hapenning with your site layout. The margins look all screwed up. I all worked fine yesterday. I don’t know if it’s something on my computer or if you’ve made a change… Just thought you might want to look at it. Thanks! Lizzie Lima
