91% think their boss respects them

According to a Adecco Survey, 91% of employees think their boss respects them.

Respect in the workplace is crucial to the success of a business. It’s important for respect to be upward in an organization, but also downward, showing that employees and managers alike are happy with the way each other work.

Employees who feel respected are likely to do their jobs better, resulting in higher productivity and more efficient workplaces. Sonia Di Maulo has compiled a great list of 10 Ways to Show Respect, offering some great insight into how to gain respect from colleagues and managers.
