The Growing Influence of Social Media on Global Talent Programs

The social media revolution is changing the way companies should think about global talent. The new web and a demographic revolution of digital natives entering the workforce are creating a social revolution that affects just about everything for those who care about global talent.

Don Tapscott discusses the impact of these forces on Attraction, Learning and Development, Communications and Management, Compensation and Rewards, Performance Management and Retention. He argues that a new model of Talent management is required and, thanks to the social revolution, possible.
