Announcing our new LinkedIn Company Page

We’re really excited to be one of the 30 charter customers in LinkedIn’s Company Pages launch. Check out our new page!

Launched earlier today, the new Company Pages are yet another great reason to spend time on LinkedIn. Here are a few reasons why:

1. They’re social.

For example, on the Rypple page you can:

  • Recommend us
  • Share our page with others
  • Follow Rypple

Company Pages are an awesome way to build credibility through word-of-mouth. We like word of mouth because it’s right in line with how we design our product and how Rypple is adopted within organizations today.

2. They’re engaging.

Company Pages are a great way to engage with the millions of active, influential professionals on LinkedIn, just like you would on your own page. These could be customers, partners, people interested in your space or awesome people looking for a new job.

You can showcase your company and products through a variety of media, from banners to videos to text – there’s something for everyone, which makes them perfectly designed to help companies engage as many people as possible.

3. They create community.

Company Pages are a great place for company or product announcements, but what we like best about them is community: anyone visiting our page can see who is using Rypple and who recommends us. It’s a great way for people to make new connections based on shared interests.

At Rypple, we’re really active on LinkedIn already. We run targeted ads, do polls, and participate in many groups (we even started one). Now we’re really excited to join the other leaders in the charter program – including Dell, Freshbooks, JetBlue, E*TRADE, Avaya, Philips, uTest, OpenX, StrongMail, Zoocasa, Deloitte, AT&T Business Solutions and Juniper Networks – in making Company Pages a central part of how we engage on LinkedIn.

The response so far has been awesome. Check it out, recommend our page and create your own!

You can read more about LinkedIn Company Pages here and on LinkedIn’s blog.
