Digital Engagement Ninja: Katherine Duffy
We’re thrilled to announce that HR specialist, and performance improvement rock star, Katherine Duffy, is joining the Digital Engagement team at Rypple! We sat down with her to ask some questions to find out a little bit more about who she is:
What are you passionate about?
Helping people be successful!!
I love that I get to connect with brilliant people, doing awesome things and learn from their achievements. Even better, is sharing all of those strategies with the people around me so that we can all be our best.
How do you use Rypple?
I am huge fan of asking for feedback. I know that I work with brilliant people who know tons of things I don’t know. Not only do they have incredible experience, but they see first hand how what I’m doing can work, or be improved. Being able to harness their insights for my personal improvement is exciting and empowering – with real results to boot.
How do you plan on changing the world?
By helping you change yours!! From aligning teams, to supporting individual career paths, we’re allowing people to get everything they ever wanted from their job. Each person who learns how much they can improve their work and help their team, changes the world.
