Rypple Updates Making Waves

Each week we update and add new features to Rypple.  Here are some of the more exciting ones this week:
  • Simplified single action list for 1:1′s - We heard some feedback that the 1:1 form was a little bit busy so we’ve cleaned it up a little bit. Instead of having two places to create actions, one for each person in the 1:1, we now have one where you can select who will be completing the action. We’ve also reduced the two lists of open actions into one combined list. You can now prioritize these action together.
  • Action archive section – We’ve had an Archive button on 1:1′s for several weeks so that you can clean up older completed actions from the open actions list. After clicking the archive button it wasn’t clear where the actions went. We’ve added an archive section so you can review previously completed and archived actions.

How to Archive in Rypple

  • Action sharing – We encourage people to have many type’s of 1:1 relationships. Sometimes this means actions should be discussed in a few meetings. We now support the ability to add actions to 1:1′s for anyone you’re connected with.

Action Sharing Update

  • Posting to the feed - We’ve replaced the concept of private and public. Everything you create in a 1:1 is private to that 1:1. It can be shared with other 1:1′s or with the people working on a shared goal. The action is only posted to the feed now if you explicited click the feed post button on the action.

  • Unposting from the feed – A very common support request we get is to remove something mistakenly posted to the feed. We’ve done this manually but now we have a button for unposting things you’ve posted.
