Rypple Innovation Recognized By MIT

We’re thrilled to announce that Rypple’s social performance solution has been selected as a finalist in the 2011 MIT Sloan CIO Symposium Innovation Showcase. This showcase highlights ten early stage companies that provide cutting-edge technology and offer new levels of value and advancement to enterprise IT.

“MIT is all about innovation and entrepreneurship, and we developed the Innovation Showcase to highlight early stage companies that are on the leading edge. Rypple is one these companies,” said David L. Verrill, executive director of the MIT Center for Digital Business and co-chair of the Innovation Showcase. “The Symposium provides these early stage companies with a platform to demonstrate their new thinking and approaches to vital challenges facing CIOs in today’s digital economy.”

“Rypple is honored to be selected as a MIT Sloan CIO Symposium Innovation Showcase finalist,” said Daniel Debow, co-CEO, Rypple. “We’ve built social performance software for the way we work today—in real time. Rypple has distilled 50 years of management wisdom into a platform that empowers every manager to do what the best managers have always done: provide continuous feedback, one-on-one coaching, and meaningful recognition to their teams. It’s an efficient way for leaders to build a great work culture.”
