How Do Loops Work?

Last week we released Loops – a social, quick, and painless re-invention of the traditional performance review. Lots of people asked us: “how do Loops work?” So we put together a 30-minute webinar to share :

We built Loops for Facebook as a lightweight, more reliable approach to performance reviews that would enhance their iterative, social, and real-time workplace culture. Dan Portillo, VP of Success and Engagement here at Rypple, has been working to get Facebook and dozens of other innovative companies up and running on Loops. He’s learned a lot about what these great companies are doing to develop their people.

Dan joined me for this webinar and shared a demo of Loops, along with best practices for using Loops, including:

  • Onboarding of new hires
  • Quarterly performance summaries
  • Semi-annual performance summaries

Jesse Goldman

Jesse is responsible for marketing at Rypple. Jesse was one of the early team members at Endeca where he contributed to its growth in a variety of ways, including as co-founder of the EMEA operation and head of retail industry marketing.
