What does it take to roll out Rypple?

There's hardly any setup required so you're up and running quickly. We'll help you kick things off with fun, interactive sessions. We share leadership advice from industry experts, academics and executives. And, when you've got questions, you'll get real people on the phone.

Is Rypple private?

Your company network is private.

Only people with a valid company email address can access your network. We give you granular level control so that personal development goals and actions, notes will stay private. You can share things you want people in your company to know about. What you share is entirely up to you.

Loops

  • Completed performance summaries are private to managers and their employees, as well as their supporting HR business partners.

  • Reviewers can only see public recognition, goals and actions. They cannot access private goals, actions or feedback when answering Loops.

Goals

  • You can create private goals that only you can see. Or, you can invite others to shared goals.

  • Members of shared goals can keep goal updates and actions private to the group or they can share them with the whole company.

Feedback

  • Only you can see the anonymous feedback you receive. You may elect to share responses.

  • When you respond to an anonymous question, your identity is never revealed.

Recognition

  • Thanks appear in your company feed where everyone can see, like or comment on recognition received.

  • When you share Thanks with someone, you can also choose to let specific people know.

Coaching

  • You can connect 1:1 with anyone in your company.

  • 1:1 pages are private to the two people connected.

  • Notes and actions added on the 1:1 page are only visible to you and your colleague.

  • You can add private notes that are only visible to you.

Profiles

  • Anyone in your private company network can see your profile. On your profile they can see thanks received, skills earned, goals completed and any of the public stuff you're working on.

Is Rypple secure?

Rypple is a private, safe and secure hosted web application.

  • Our data center is SAS 70-2 compliant, Safe Harbor certified, and PCI-DSS compliant.

  • Restricted access, including keycard protocols, biometric scanning protocols and 24/7 facility surveillance.

  • 24/7/365 system monitoring with automated alerts.

Application Security
