Protect your privacy with Rypple

Rypple is carefully designed for the workplace so you can control how public — or private — you want the shared information to be. Only people with a valid company email address can access your network. You can choose to share goals, actions, notes with one person, a group, the entire company, or even anonymously and know that the information will not be over-shared with others.

Private one-to-ones
Private conversations are possible with anyone you’ve invited to connect on Rypple — your direct reports, your manager, or colleagues you work with frequently. Share private notes and actions with your connections, individually, without worrying they’ll be seen by, or accidentally forwarded to, someone else.

Public or private goals
In Rypple, you can set either public or private goals. Private goals are visible to only you and your invited contributors. And public goals are available for anyone at your company to view or join. Share your objectives and key results with anyone in the company — or limit visibility to the goal’s contributors. Either way, you stay in control of which goals get shared and with whom.

Public feed for the whole company
Post a company update or public thanks on the Rypple newsfeed and it will be shared with everyone in your company. Updates and ‘Thanks’ are public and social, so anyone can see, like or comment on company updates or recognition received.

Anonymous peer feedback
Request anonymous feedback from your co-workers and the respondees’ names will never be identified — to anyone. And only the person who requested input will see the anonymous responses as they come in. That way, you can request and give honest, constructive feedback that will stay anonymous.
